The Sign Building first floor is a storage space. It is approximately
14' wide and 40' long with 8' ceilings. The floor is cement. The
entrance consists of two 4' wide metal doors. Both open to create a
wide entrance. You can store up to 2 cars in this space end to end.
Although the space is not heated, the adjacent apartment keeps the
space above freezing during the winter. Electricity and natural gas are
available.
The Sign Building is located adjacent to a city parking lot and alley
off Huron Street just north of Michigan Avenue.
It is a short walk to downtown or "Depot Town" restaurants and stores.
The Centennial Center is a block away. It's about one mile to the I-94.
