Maxton Plaza, 2046-2058 Washtenaw Avenue, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197
Maxton Plaza is located on the main commercial corridor called Washtenaw Avenue between Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti, Michigan. It is less than two miles to Eastern Michigan University, Catherine McAuley Health Center, I-94, US-23, Washtenaw Community College and only four miles to the University of Michigan. Gene Butman Ford is directly across the street. The Plaza offers an excellent location for doing business in Washtenaw County.

Maxton Plaza contains 7 office units in the front building and 4 office units in the back building. All offices are fully equipped with forced air furnaces and central air conditioning. All units have modern architectural design and 9 of the units have vaulted ceilings (as much as 18' high). Entrance into these units can be quite dramatic.

Gar Hall at 108 Pearl Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197

G.A.R. Hall was the meeting place for the Women's Relief Corp, Carpenter Post 65, established after the Civil War. The group held meetings in the building on Pearl from the early 1900's til about 1960 at which point its membership dwindled. G. A. R. Hall has two separate office suites on the main level (110 Pearl and 108 Pearl). Each is about 1200 square feet. They are both fully equipped with handicap accessible bathrooms and forced air heat and air conditioning. The west half which is 110 Pearl has been completely remodelled to match its original construction circa 1880. It has a reception area, large open office area and private office/conference room in the back. The east half which is 108 Pearl is essentially one large open room with a storage area in the back along with a handicap accessible bathroom. It is spacious with 10' ceilings and the entire east wall and part of the west wall are exposed brick.
In Mid-2007, the 110 Pearl side of Gar Hall was sold to Ken and Deb Laakko so we now only manage leasing the 108 Pearl Street half of the building. Downtown conveniences are located nearby. It is a short walk to a variety of restaurants, Depot Town and Riverside Park.

Sign Building @ 21 North Huron Street, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48197
This unobtrusive commercial building is cinder block construction and is located contiguous to a city parking lot and alley running east and west behind the buildings along the north side of Michigan Avenue in downtown Ypsilanti. It measures approximately 14' wide and 40' long and is an ideal location for storage. It has two large 4' doors on the south side so you can actually drive two cars end to end into the building. Although this space does not have heat it is adjacent to a heated apartment so it typically stays above freezing in the coldest part of the winter.
