Micro-Conundrum from M3 Metal

May, 2008

Hi There,

Well this is different......... I milled this Micro-Conundrum out of something called M3 metal; M3 is short for MacroMolecular Metal. It's a new composite material; I used 3 different kinds for the coloration, M3 Mokume Gane, M3 Damascus and M3 Black Gold. You can read more about M3 metal at:

http://www.metalpenblanks.com

The machining of this material went quite well. A human hair will not pass thru the spaces between the pieces of this 6 piece puzzle cube; it has a near perfect fit.

I've listed this one on Ebay with no reserve!

Assembled, it's quite pretty!   I hope you think so too!
